Ball Of Muscle finished a close second to Srikandi in the Group 2 Victory Stakes (1200m) last time out and has been included in 2015 QTC Cup nominations.
Posting seven wins and five minors over his 12 career starts so far, Ball Of Muscle made a successful transition to black type racing over a short summer campaign; running second to Barbed in the Listed Canterbury Classic (1200m) before taking out the Listed Takeover Target Stakes (1200m) on January 9th.
Having finished second in the Community Race Day Handicap (1000m) in his only other start prior to the Victory Stakes, the son of Dubawi will relish the conditions of the 2015 QTC Cup.

Returning this time for third in the Listed Fireball takes (1100m), the Denman colt ran a close second in the Group 1 The Galaxy (1100m) a fortnight later, and while failing to figure when eighth in the Group 2 Arrowfield Sprint (1200m), took out the Listed Mick Dittman Plate (1200m) on May 9th.
Target In Sight and Dances On Stars have both posted good black type form this time and will enjoy the conditions of the QTC Cup.
Finishing worse than second just once this time, Target In Sight comfortably took out the Group 3 Maurice McCarten Stakes (1100m) on March 14th; running second in the Group 3 Star Kingdom Stakes (1200m) before a luckless run for sixth in the Group 3 Hall Mark Stakes (1200m).
Having run second in the Listed Ortensia Stakes (1100m) most recently on May 16th, the Nadeem gelding is sure to lay a great account for himself on Saturday.
A proven Brisbane racing contender, Dances On Stars was unlucky to be blocked for a run in the Listed Chief De Beers Stakes (1110m) on April 11th, but produced a strong kick to place third in the Victory Stakes most notably on April 25th.
Kiwi raider El Roca was unable to make anything of an impact in the Group 1 BTC Cup (1200m) first-up three weeks ago but will relish a step back in class for the 2015 QTC Cup.
The 2015 QTC Cup final field and barrier draw is due to be completed and released by midday, Wednesday.
